Matrix 88 + CS4 automatic strapping machine is a fully-automatic bundle squaring machines. Its CS4 squaring functions by ensuring the fine alignment and straightening of the bundle before the strapping process. The machine allows an easy changing of the bundle size and can be used with 5, 6, 9 mm. straps. The machine is controlled by servo motor direct driving system with heavy duty knurled roller conveyor, adjustable speed, as well as one-pieced tracking system for reliable and high speed feeding. Equipped with HMI touch screen control panel, the model also provides easy loading dispenser, waist height auto strap loading system, wide range and adjustable table height, safety interlock, full open hinged table for easy maintenance, as well as variable programming for quick product changes.
